FMI's reputation and customer satisfaction is paramount to our success. One of our values is "the long-term success of our clients" with corporate goals focused on "creating loyal, enduring client relationships" and "improving the quality and depth of our client relationships." To that end, FMI has conducted ongoing client evaluations for over a decade.

I am taking a new approach to creating opportunities instead of chasing
work. We are positioning ourselves in front on the opportunities by forming
strategic alliances with developers, architects, bankers etc. by helping them
meet their objectives. We have identified over $100 million in the pipeline
for the next two years already.
I can finally say "no" to projects. It was tough to do four
months ago when we were asked to price an $80 million condo project, but I had
to decline, because we were too busy.
We had an excellent finish [to the year] by securing over $300 million
in backlog with over half of that won in negotiated work that will carry us
into 2007. Since we met with Scott Humrickhouse last spring, we were successful
in winning four projects with RFP/interviews, so we finally have the approach
that works. Our success has been not only in having a strong interview presentation
but also by doing the pre-interview sales prior to the interview.
Bob Revis, VP Business Development / Estimating, Roche Constructors, Inc.
"My relationship with your firm goes back nearly 20 years, to days when my
father was working with Doc Fails as a keynote speaker for a Midwest construction
association meeting. In the years since, as both a contractor and as an association
executive, I've always been impressed by everyone I've worked with at FMI."
William I. Knopf, Executive Vice President, AGC of Iowa

"The staff at FMI definitely did their homework in finding out how we as individuals
function in our workplace and that was before we arrived for the seminar. Never
before have I had the privilege to spend time with a group of people who are
so dedicated to bringing out the best in each one of us. This is not a job for
the staff of FMI, it is a way of life!"
Andy Pashby, Project Manager, South Bay Construction
