Robert is an analyst with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation's registered Investment Banking subsidiary. In this role, he provides support to FMI's team of investment bankers in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and ownership transfer advisory. Prior to joining FMI, Robert worked at Triangle Capital Corporation, a publicly traded mezzanine lender, specializing in subordinated debt loans with a focus on middle-market companies. Robert assisted the company in performing transaction due diligence and company valuation as well as post-closing portfolio management. Robert attended Washington and Lee University, where he received a bachelor of science in business administration from the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics. Robert holds a Limited Representative Investment Banking license (Series 79) and a Uniform Securities Agent license (Series 63) from the SEC and FINRA. |
