Tim Huckaby is a managing director with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation's registered Investment Banking subsidiary. Tim specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory services and capital formation for companies in the energy services and cleantech industry, including energy efficiency and ESCOs, renewables, distributed generation, energy/carbon management and other sectors. He has extensive experience as a sell-side banker, having completed more than 20 transactions in this sector with a total enterprise value of more than $1 billion. Prior to joining FMI, Tim was partner at EnCapital, a Boston-based boutique investment bank serving the energy services and cleantech industry. He began his career at Price Waterhouse where he performed due diligence and transaction support for several large deals. Tim earned a bachelor of science in accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School. He holds General Principal (Series 24) and General Securities Representative (Series 7) licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA. |
