For the first quarter edition of FMI’s Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, we asked our sector leaders to provide insight and commentary concerning M&A activity in their respective sector of the Engineering and Construction industry. Specifically within each of FMI’s dedicated sectors, we wanted to answer the following questions:

  1. Do you expect M&A activity in 2015 to increase, decrease or stay flat?
  2. What will be the major drivers of M&A activity during 2015?
  3. Are there unique or new drivers of value?
