Grant is a consultant with FMI, management consultants and investment bankers for the construction industry. Grant specializes in strategy, organizational development and project execution. Grant's consulting practice within FMI is focused on business planning and strategic planning for AE and construction companies that desire to grow despite the current uncertain economic environment. This strategic focus requires skills in evaluating and advising on organizational alignment, strategic direction and action planning. Prior to joining FMI, Grant was a real estate professional for eight years. He has been involved with numerous construction and land development ventures throughout Colorado's Front Range both in the residential and commercial markets. His in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of these markets helps him to apply his expertise toward improving productivity and profitability in the construction industry. Grant has a bachelor of arts from the University of Colorado and a master of business administration and master of science in finance from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver. |
