As a director for FMI Corporation, Scott Kimpland provides a variety of management consulting services to contracting companies of all sizes. In addition to his role as a Consulting Team Leader, he is also the Product Manager for all productivity-related services. Through his experience in developing and implementing productivity improvement initiatives, Scott has successfully helped his clients gain better control of their company operations. He is skilled in getting employee commitment and participation in developing a plan to increase company productivity and profitability. The number of long-term relationships he has developed and maintained with different contractors also is evidence of Scott's professional capabilities. In addition, Scott is an experienced instructor for FMI's productivity and field management-related education programs such as Improving Construction Productivity and the Job Profits Program. He is also the author of FMI's Construction Productivity Survey Report. Scott received a bachelor of arts degree in business management and a master of business administration degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa. |
