Construction Supervisors Academy

The goal of the Construction Supervisors Academy is to build construction leaders because we all know profitability of construction jobs is made, or lost, in the field.

This intensive, three-day, experiential training program is built around three core themes, each a critical element to success in the field:

  1. Optimizing the job-site logistics of any construction job
  2. Effectively managing and motivating all field forces
  3. Communicating, collaborating and coordinating plans and schedules with everyone on the job

Throughout the program, FMI challenges construction supervision personnel to perform at a higher level. They will attend the FMI Construction Supervisors Academy with their peers and compete against them. They will leave with the knowledge and skills to add significant value to your company and your bottom line.
