FMI’s Leadership Institute, the top leadership development program within the construction industry, is coming to Orlando and the Atlanta area in 2007. The Leadership Institute is known for its experiential learning, thought-provoking discussions, and powerful assessments. FMI’s Leadership Institute is a tightly structured, intense, four-day program in which developing leaders can examine their unique leadership style and how this style impacts their success. Through interactive learning experiences, and one-on-one feedback, participants learn how to leverage their personal leadership abilities for maximum effectiveness. As always, participants leave with personal plans for action and follow through that will help ensure the transfer of knowledge back on the job and long-term application of their learning experiences.
On-Site Leader labs are intense on-site programs, usually 2 to 4 days in length, designed for leaders in your organization to develop understanding of the core tenants of individual leadership. These sessions seek to link individuals not only to the core leadership principles but encourages participants to consider these principles within the highly unique contexts in which they each individually lead.
