Chris Collins

Chris Collins

Chris is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation’s registered investment banking subsidiary. He provides merger and acquisition advisory for energy services and equipment companies involved in the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.

Prior to his tenure at FMI, Chris spent 10 years with M&S Fairway Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm providing merger and acquisition advisory services. There he focused on industrial services companies, manufacturers, EPC contractors, engineering firms, manufacturers, distributors and services companies that provided products and services to the oil and gas industry. Chis also served as a transaction advisory consultant at Whitley Penn LLP, where he managed merger and acquisition accounting due diligence engagements, which included financial due diligence and quality of earnings.

Chris holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Texas A&M University. He also holds Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
