As a consultant with FMI’s Leadership & Organizational Development practice, Denise is passionate about helping organizations identify and develop exceptional leaders. Her primary work focuses on leadership training, content development and organizational consulting. In addition, Denise serves as a facilitator for FMI’s Leadership Institute, an intensive, 4-day course designed to help industry leaders reach their peak leadership potential. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership and global communication consulting, Denise brings her expertise to a variety of client-facing engagements, such as executive coaching, succession management, building high potential teams, assessment and development of key leadership, strategic thinking, communication and conflict management, and cross-cultural leadership development.
Prior to joining FMI, Denise served as a full-time faculty member at a top-ranked business school, where she directed an intensive leadership and communication program for global leaders. She also has experience running a successful leadership consulting startup, which has given her the opportunity to serve both individual clients and organizations around the world.
Denise holds an Master of the Arts in developmental research psychology from the University of Rochester. She is certified in the Hogan Assessment and holds the Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coach Federation.
