As a professional executive coach with FMI, Jennifer partners with individual leaders in order to maximize their leadership effectiveness. She works extensively with the Executive Coaching practice at FMI and has responsibility for profit and loss and revenue growth, and oversees all coaching engagements for quality and maximum client impact.
While Jennifer understands the numerous benefits of leadership training programs, she is most passionate about the transformational development that is possible when leaders are open to taking a deeper look at their leadership style and discovering new possibilities by teaming with an executive coach. She has extensive exposure to senior leaders and understands their unique challenges and industry context. Her primary focus is providing executive coaching for leaders to better understand the impact their personality and natural abilities has on their business relationships. Jennifer has authored articles published in the FMI Quarterly, including: “Blowing the Whistle: The Buzz on Executive Coaching” and “More Is More: Leaders Coached Simultaneously Means Exponential Impact.”
Jennifer holds a bachelor in business administration from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Arts from Dallas Theological Seminary, with a focus in Christian education. She is certified to use the MBTI and the Highlands Natural Abilities Battery. Jennifer also has professional training in executive coaching through Corporate Coach University.
