Managing Director, BPM
As managing director, Keven oversees FMI’s corporate business development efforts with building product manufacturers (BPMs). Under his leadership, his team delivers exceptional results informed through research and client relationships. Keven works with owners, boards and management teams as a strategic advisor with a bias toward implementation. He is fundamentally a teacher and an enthusiastic speaker on “size, shape and direction” construction economics.
Keven joined FMI after a successful career with Dodge Data & Analytics, where he most recently served as senior sales director, Global Contractors and Services. Prior to that role, he was a member of Dodge’s Building Product Manufacturers Integrated Solutions and Consulting team where he received recognition for transformational revenue growth as a member of the President’s Club during the economic recession in which U.S. construction starts declined by 40 percent.
Through the blending of Keven’s 30-plus years of experience and FMI’s years of industry context and leading insights, FMI clients gain unprecedented access to a broad network of industry relationships, deep market knowledge and consistent technical experience to position their organizations for growth, optimize performance, successfully transfer ownership (internally/externally) and foundationally build capacity for the future.
Keven graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in economics and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He spent 10 years in Medellin, Colombia, as a child, where he learned to read and write in Spanish.
