Leadership and Organizational Development Practice Leader
Kim Morton
Kim is a consultant and leadership and organizational development practice leader with FMI. She specializes in leadership and organizational development for companies in the built environment, including engineering, construction, owner developers, building product manufacturers and other industry partners.
Kim specializes in developing high-performing executive and project teams, sustainable succession planning, clarifying organizational vision, providing executive coaching, creating healthy company culture and strategic corporate governance. She also works with current and next-generation leaders to design custom development programs to deeply hone their skills and prepare them for future roles. Kim is also involved in leadership training programs such as FMI’s Leadership Institute and Peak Leader programs. She passionately believes that a strong bench of current and future leadership, combined with a clear organizational vision, is a key driver to building an enduring organization.
Prior to joining FMI, Kim spent time in human resources, real estate and nonprofit work. She lived in Valparaiso, Chile, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Kim holds a Master of Science in international business from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Bachelor of Science in organization and innovation management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
