As a compensation analyst with FMI, Leslie is responsible for supporting the compensation consultant team. She focuses on salary benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and new executive compensation plans.
Prior to joining FMI, Leslie worked in multiple HR capacities at the Einstein Bros. Bagels corporate office. Leslie supported the HR team through the merger of Caribou Coffee Company in benefits, the implementation of a new HRIS system, and compensation. Upon leaving Einstein Bros. Bagels, Leslie worked as compensation analyst where she worked with HR Business partners and managers on compensation consultation and market pricing. She managed day-to-day administration of compensation programs including minimum wage, merit increases, bonus and equity programs. Leslie analyzed market trends to ensure the organization was compliant in federal, state, and local wage and labor regulations.
Leslie graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in Psychology and Statistics. In May 2019, she will graduate with her MBA from University of Colorado, Denver with a focus in Human Resources. Leslie has a Professional Human Resources Certification.
