Letitia Robinson

Chief People Officer

Letitia Robinson

Letitia L. Robinson is the chief people officer for FMI. As a strategic leader and hands-on manager, she takes responsibility for the firm’s talent management life cycle while leading the firm’s talent strategies, programs and processes.

Letitia attributes her accomplished career in sales, training, leadership development, organizational change and talent management to her extensive corporate and nonprofit experience. She currently serves on the board of directors for three nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining FMI, Letitia was the global director of learning and talent management for a professional services firm in Chicago.

Continuously seeking to understand the value drivers in organizations, Letitia engages in building the competencies and confidence in others to improve performance and positively impact the bottom line. She is committed to enhancing leadership skills at all levels, across generations and cultures around the world.

Letitia earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Roosevelt University and a master’s in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University. Letitia also has several professional certifications.
