Michael Chevalier-White

Michael Chevalier-White

Michael Chevalier-White is a managing director with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation’s registered investment banking subsidiary. Michael works with participants in the services and products sectors of the upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas and other energy and process-related industries. Michael provides financial advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, majority recapitalizations and private capital raises of equity and debt. He serves the industries’ subsectors, including field services, rental services, distribution services, logistics services, construction services, software products, capital equipment, tools, chemicals and other consumable products.

Prior to joining FMI, Michael was a managing director in the Houston energy investment banking groups of Raymond James and Morgan Keegan. He focused on serving the energy service & equipment industry, including public and private companies as well as private equity firms in mergers, acquisitions, private placements and public offerings. Michael co founded Paragon Advising, a Houston-based investment bank acquired by Morgan Keegan, which provided financial advisory services to companies serving the oil & gas and other process industries. He began his career at Ernst & Young.

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Rice University and a Masters in Accounting from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. He holds Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27), Corporate Securities Limited Representative (Series 62) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses from FINRA.
