As a consultant for the Center for Strategic Leadership at FMI, Paige works with a wide range of firms across the construction industry to impact their overall leadership effectiveness through targeted development and training.
Paige develops strategies unique to the client that address a variety of leadership challenges, including: organizational development, creating an adaptable culture, selecting and retaining top talent, and leveraging high-performing teams. She also serves as a facilitator at FMI’s Leadership Institute and other training programs that focus on building exceptional leaders, one at a time. Paige enjoys the opportunity to create lasting change for clients and integrate the newest industry research into the mix.
Prior to joining FMI, Paige served in marketing and client management roles for an international medical supplies and chemical manufacturer. She also has experience within the fields of agricultural insurance, public relations and nonprofit work. One of Paige’s favorite experiences was living and working in Málaga, Spain for a year to teach at a local public elementary school.
Paige holds bachelor’s degrees in organizational communication and Spanish with minors in leadership studies and political science from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She completed her master of business administration from the University of Colorado Denver through the 11-month MBA program.
