Raul Uriostegui

Lead Account Executive

Raul Uriostegui

As a lead account executive with FMI Corporation, Raul is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the compensation survey sales team as well as for the growth of FMI’s compensation survey platforms. Services provided to clients are primarily focused on compensation survey tools, resources and overall guidance surrounding inquiries.

Prior to joining FMI, Raul was a lead sales representative of Revana’s FedEx program, where he led a team of sales representatives operating across the copy and print industry. He is experienced in sales management, coaching and development as well as in driving sales effectiveness.

Raul has incorporated sales strategies that promote shorter sales cycles, deliver client satisfaction and increase program revenues. He has also implemented dedicated CRM tools to track and optimize internal processes.

He is completing a pathway program to Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering to earn a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
