As a consultant with FMI’s Leadership & Organizational Development practice, Rob partners with clients to build visionary and strategic leaders who drive growth, profitability, performance and engagement throughout their respective organizations. Rob is passionately committed to transforming the worldwide engineering and construction industry by helping clients translate vision to action and action to results.
Prior to joining FMI, Rob worked as a senior consultant and talent thought leader with TM Solutions, where he accelerated long-term growth by helping clients understand, measure and manage the impact of human capital on the bottom line. His keys to success included aligning leaders with organizational strategy, assessing leadership aptitude, engaging leaders in changing behaviors, and developing capabilities and readiness across the organization. Rob brings over 20 years of experience in workforce planning, succession management, leadership coaching, performance management and talent acquisition.
In addition, Rob served eight years as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy. He has published over 200 articles on leadership, organizational performance and talent development, including the book “Playing the Game of Life: The Art of Success or Failure.”
Rob earned a political science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and continued with post-graduate studies at North Carolina State University.
