As a consultant with FMI, Sean focuses on providing high-level insight into identifying core business issues and creating and implementing effective solutions for clients. He helps organizations achieve operational excellence by enabling teams to recognize their innate capabilities and by leveraging those skills to meet specific industry needs.
Prior to joining FMI, Sean was an integral part of the New York Rising Storm Recovery Program team. During this time, he was responsible for forming and leading inspection and assessment teams, creating and managing the program’s communications division, and designing and implementing operating procedures for the statewide construction effort. He also worked for McKissack & McKissack, the nation’s oldest minority and woman-owned design and construction firm, where he led prominent business development pursuits in both the public and private sectors and managed numerous marketing and branding initiatives.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in marketing from SUNY Buffalo, a project management certificate from CUNY Baruch College, and a Master of Business Administration with majors in management and entrepreneurship/corporate innovation from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society for Quality.
