As a compensation analyst with FMI Corporation, Stephanie is responsible for supporting the compensation consulting practice of FMI Compensation. Services provided to clients are primarily focused on the areas of executive compensation, organization-wide salary structure development, and short-term and long-term incentive plan design.
Prior to joining FMI, Stephanie was a compensation analyst for Willis Towers Watson, where she specialized in supporting benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure design, pay administration guidelines and other compensation systems for an array of clients in various industries. She has considerable experience in both broad-based and executive compensation, where she has performed a variety of analyses to support reasonable compensation decision making.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in human resource management, from Temple University. Stephanie also has a broader human resources background from interning at three companies during her university tenure, with additional experience working with employee benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and HR metrics.
