Having joined FMI as a management consulting analyst, Tim focused on financial and quantitative research and analysis to support client engagements and internal content development, and began to build the tools of FMI’s next generation knowledge management processes. In his current role, Tim focuses much of his analytical drive on strengthening the firm’s quantitative sophistication through developing computational models and refining key insights that help position FMI as the industry leader in business services.

Prior to joining FMI, Tim began his career in investment banking at Denver-based boutique SDR Ventures, and further honed his skills in financial research and business analysis in the construction, oil and gas, and building products industries at Forbes M&A. Tim maintains an entrepreneurial spirit, which he fostered during college when he co-owned and operated a small business.

Tim earned a Master of Science in finance and a Master of Arts in global finance, trade and economic integration from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and in literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is currently seeking his Master of Science in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University.
