As a consultant with FMI, Bill is called upon to provide executive and thought leadership to help organizations build high-performance leaders, teams and cultures. Bill is passionate about helping organizations enhance their capability to think strategically and to identify and develop outstanding leaders.

Bill brings expertise in the leadership and organization of family-owned, public and private equity-backed companies. He has worked with all levels of diverse organizations advising on leadership, corporate development, strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, and process innovation. Bill’s industry experience includes executive-level positions (CEO, CAO, VP) in general contracting, industrial and aerospace firms. He has worked with organizations of 10 to 10,000 employees and with companies consisting of a single site operation to those with global operations in over 20 countries.

Bill has a bachelor’s and a master’s in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has been an advisory board member for the University of Houston College of Technology Construction Management program and serves on the Mechatronics Advisory Committee at Volunteer State Community College.
