Zach Vosburg is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors, FMI Corporation’s investment banking subsidiary. Zach is primarily responsible for executing merger and acquisition advisory and capital formation engagements for the firm’s Building Products Team. The Building Products Team focuses on serving manufacturers and distributors of products and materials used in commercial and residential construction.
Prior to joining FMI, Zach worked with Headwaters MB in its Building Products and Construction Services investment banking team in Denver. At Headwaters, Zach assisted clients with sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as debt and equity raise engagements in the building products and construction space. Zach was also previously an assistant vice president at George K. Baum & Company, a Denver-based investment banking firm focused on municipal finance. There, Zach focused on transaction execution and quantitative structuring for both tax-exempt and taxable debt financings for state and local governments, special districts, school districts and other nonprofit entities.
Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in political science from The George Washington University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent) and Series 79 (Limited Representative-Investment Banking) licenses from FINRA and the SEC.
