About the Opportunity
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate targeted marketing of FMI educational services.
- Direct selling of FMI customized training and development services for contractors.
- Organize & execute field sales trips to targeted contractors.
- Identify training opportunities and convert them to customized training solutions.
- Manage the design, development and delivery of custom training programs.
- Coordinate FMI professional training resources for appropriate assignments.
- Coordinate external independent training resources for appropriate assignments.
- Accelerate industry exposure through trade associations and attending other industry events.
Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5-10 years of proven relationship sales, marketing and networking experience.

E-Learning Associate
Raleigh, NC
About the Opportunity
Responsibilities include:
- Leverage existing design and development methodology, and tools to create innovative and interactive custom e-Learning modules.
- Ensure that new or updated courses adhere to adult learning principles and e-Learning Standards.
- Liaise with Talent Development Group to create custom training per our clients’ specifications.
- Work directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather pertinent subject material for use in learning product or training materials design.
- Incorporate, and/or edit audio or video files for various e-Learning modules.
- Proactively manage project scope, budget, requirements and deliverables to meet business and company objectives.
- Independently manage the progress of project work, while regularly communicating progress updates to the training team.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and offerings.
Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Research/Content Development Intern

About the Opportunity
FMI's Center for Strategic Leadership is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with researching, writing articles and developing content. This is a part time opportunity that will require 25-30 hours of commitment per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Research current leadership topics, leadership trends and new thought leadership topics
- Summarize, write articles about and/or present research findings
- Identify industry trends and implications for leadership
- Develop leadership content for Consultants by assembling research into presentation format and developing a facilitator script in PowerPoint
- Develop activities for speaking engagements, training sessions and consulting processes
- Co-author articles on leadership topics
- Provide instructional design for training sessions and consulting processes
- Learn the Center for Strategic Leadership models and communicate them to others

Responsibilities include:
- Extensive financial analysis, public comparables and pro forma financial modeling
- Conduct industry-, market- and company-specific research
- Prepare compelling presentations and offering/descriptive memorandums
- Preliminary valuation work
- Participate in high-level client meetings
- Write articles for publication in industry-related publications
Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in any of the following areas: Investment banking, strategic planning, private equity, M&A, acquisitions, due diligence, debt underwriting/commercial loans (mortgages not included) and/or private wealth management
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
