As a leadership analyst for the Leadership & Organizational Development practice at FMI, Sara Tsahakis specializes in leadership assessment, executive selection, succession management, competency modeling and data analysis. Sara brings deep expertise in the measurement and development of leadership skills. With a solid understanding of how to assess personalities, competencies and skills, she helps clients understand their areas of strength and areas to be developed, and helps businesses make the right hiring decisions to fulfill their vision.
Working on a wide variety of projects, Sara develops cutting-edge content and tools to help construction and engineering firms not only clarify their vision and their views on leadership but also hire and develop the kind of talent they need to succeed now and in the future.
Prior to joining FMI, Sara worked in consulting firms that specialize in executive selection and leadership development in Canada and the U.S. She has also served as the director of the assessment department of a higher education institution. Additionally, she taught statistical analysis to psychology students and conducted research on ethics in consulting at the Université de Sherbooke in Canada.
Sara has earned her doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology and her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the Université de Sherbooke in Québec, Canada. She can serve clients in English and in French.
