Tim Huckaby is president of FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation's investment banking subsidiary. Tim specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory services and capital formation for companies in the Energy Solutions & Cleantech industry, including energy efficiency and ESCOs, solar and other renewables, distributed generation, energy management, utility DSM, demand response and other sectors. He has extensive experience as a sell-side banker, having completed more than 40 transactions in this industry with a total enterprise value of more than $1 billion.

Prior to joining FMI, Tim was partner at EnCapital, a Boston-based boutique investment bank serving the energy services and cleantech industry. He began his career at Price Waterhouse.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He holds General Principal (Series 24), General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Limited Representative Investment Banking (series 79) licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA.
