Will Moore has joined FMI Capital Advisors as a Vice President in the Energy Service & Equipment Group. Will provides M&A and other financial advisory services to companies that provide services and products to the energy and other process-related industries. He will be advising FMI’s clients on mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, recapitalizations and restructurings.
“Prior experiences in engineering and investment banking provide Will with a well-developed understanding of our clients’ operations and requirements associated with successful transactional processes and execution,” said Barry Donovan, Managing Director in FMI Capital Advisors’ Energy Service & Equipment Group. “Will’s M&A skills are complemented by industry knowledge established from his earliest days as an engineer managing oil & gas production platform projects.”
Prior to joining FMI, Will was an investment banking Associate at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and CIBC Capital Markets, where he facilitated transactions across all verticals of the global energy industry. Early in his career, Will served as an oil & gas engineer for Hess Corporation, managing projects for offshore production platforms.
Will earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and dual degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, a BS cum laude in Mechanical Engineering and a BBA in Energy Finance. Will holds Limited Representative-Investment Banking (Series 79) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses from FINRA.
