Fifth-Generation Family-Owned Business Complements Gerken’s Diverse Portfolio

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kuhlman Construction Products, Inc. (“Kuhlman”) by The Gerken Companies (“Gerken”), headquartered in Napoleon, OH. Kuhlman is a fifth-generation family-owned and operated business based in Maumee, OH.
